Noticeboard

To comply with social distancing measures and reduce numbers of patients allowed into practice at same time, please do not attend early for your appointment or you will have to wait outside. Please attend alone. Do not come to the surgery if you have any symptoms of a new dry cough/fever/loss of taste or smell.  Please wear face covering to your appointment.

Patient Representation Group

The patient participation group is a vital part of the surgery's life: it allows the surgery to hear directly from patients how they think and feel about the service we provide. It also allows the surgery to involve patients in the future development of the practice, and to allow patients feed into the wider local health services.

The Terms of Reference document (click on the words to open the document), give an explanation of what the group does.

The group also has an action plan, listing the areas it wants to work on over 2019 - 2020:

2019 - 2020

2018 - 2019 Action Plan

We'd love to have more people come along.

The group meets bi-monthly, and here are a list of the 2019 dates:

Dates of 2019 meetings

Dates of 2020 meetings

Also, here are the notes of the 2019 meetings:

January 2019

The next meeting is Wednesday 08th January 2020 at 2.30 pm here in the surgery: we'd be delighted to see you.
