All GP appointments will now be done via telephone triage.  If you already have an appointment booked in you will be contacted by telephone prior to your appointment by a GP.  We are not booking any advance GP appointments - please telephone surgery on the day you need telephone appointment.   Nurse/health care/midwife etc will go ahead as usual as long as you do not have any symptoms of cough and high fever - we will aim to contact all patients to ask if they have any symptoms. Please be patient with us at this difficult time.

Martin is responsible for the overall management and operation of the Practice and, from a patient perspective, oversees issues relating to staff and the building.  If the Assistant Manager (Katy) is not available, Martin is also available to discuss suggestions or receive complaints.

Katy Harrison

Assistant Manager

Katy is responsible for day-to-day running of the Practice and will be able to help with any administrative and non-medical matters.  Katy is also available to discuss suggestions or receive complaints.


Our Team Leaders will be able to help you with any administrative problems you may have with the way our practice is run.

Our Team of Receptionists are here to help you. They answer the phone, deal with enquiries and take repeat prescriptions. Their job is very demanding so please be patient.  When telephoning for medical attention the Receptionist may ask you for a few details; all our reception staff are fully trained and ask for these details in order that we can help you in the most appropriate way.

All medical information, which is held on your behalf, is governed by the Data Protection Act and staff are vigilant in ensuring that only essential information is made known to other practice staff.

Receptionists are the engine house of the surgery, doing a wide range of administrative jobs, answering telephone calls and greeting patients at the counter.  At times there may be slight delays so please be patient until they can attend to you.



Amongst other duties, do all your hospital referrals.
