Noticeboard

To comply with social distancing measures and reduce numbers of patients allowed into practice at same time, please do not attend early for your appointment or you will have to wait outside. Please attend alone. Do not come to the surgery if you have any symptoms of a new dry cough/fever/loss of taste or smell.  Please wear face covering to your appointment.

Prescriptions Charges and Exemptions

Extensive exemption and remission arrangements protect those likely to have difficulty in paying charges (NHS prescription and dental charges, optical and hospital travel costs).

The NHS prescription charge is a flat-rate amount which successive Governments have thought it reasonable to charge for those who can afford to pay for their medicines.  Prescription prepayment certificates (PPCs) offer real savings for people who need extensive medication.
